Zymo PHOS 5000 HT

DESCRIPTION

Zymo PHOS 5000 HT is an enzyme produced by isolation of phytase genes from Bacillus sp. and it’s over expression in Escherichia Coli. The active enzyme from the submerged fermentation system is purified by ultrafiltration and subsequent spray drying. Phytase enzyme is capable of breaking down phytates in feeds to release inorganic phosphorus and inositol and also protein, amino acids, trace minerals and other nutrients chelated with phytates. Thus, phytase can reduce or eliminate the supplementation of inorganic phosphorus in feeds for monogastric animals and improve the utilization efficiency of these nutrients contained in feedstuff.
